   bit skeptical after seeing the reviews on here - it was okay. chips were definitely overcooked and the lamb doner meat was a bit tasteless as well as the sauce. price was better than most places and the guy at the till was pretty nice! wont be going back in a hurry - maybe if i was a bit desperate.

   Can't complain about the service as it was prompt and the staff were friendly. However the chips were overcooked and the wrap would have been better if it wasn't toasted. Overall, I won't go back. But they have a good variety on the menu so they might do better with something else.

   Ordered by phone, got the special chicken kebab and a special lamb kebab. It was a good kebab, nothing too praiseworthy or anything bad. A bit pricier compared to my local kebab place for a smaller portion size, although the chicken kebab from this place was slighty better. One thing to add is that the bread given with the kebab was slighty hard and not as soft as you normally would expect. The chili sauce given was also quite dry. Delivery was expected to be about an hour but arrived much earlier and the food was hot when we received it. The delivery person was nice and polite. The food was nicely packaged so that there wasn't any leakage. Got a free garlic pizza which was very much appreciated.

   Hi there , we ordered a takeaway and it took an hour and half to come and was cold. It was swimming in oil and completely unedible. I rang the company up to mention it and they were of no help at tall and ended up putting the phone down on me. I definitely never ever recommend this company ever

   Ordered food last night using their app. Food never arrived but money was taken out of the account. Tried calling but it just rings out. Would give zero stars if possible since they have essentially taken money without giving us the items we have paid for.

   I had a doner kebab and so did a few others I was with and to be funny was one of the worst kebabs I’ve had. Kebabs were covered in grease, the pittas were rock solid with grease covering. One of the worst kebabs I’ve had from caesars as always enjoyed them. Unfortunately you have let yourselves down this time round.

   Ordered our food at 1845 and still had not arrived. The time is now 2100. No offer for a refund or free items to compensate. Utter waste of time and no apology. Appalling service will not be coming back again. They kept saying food would arrive in 1 minute. That 1 minute turned into 30 minutes

   I live very nearby and have been going there for about half a year now. I have absolutely 0 complaints. Everyone inside is lovely and the food is always on point and made as quickly as you would expect. I can't imagine going anywhere else in Norwich for a kebab or pizza anymore. They're amazing
