They manage to keep the store fresh, clean, easy to navigate. Always fairly well stocked. Sensible prices. Till staff very friendly and a credit to the team of hard workers that obviously keep the shop an attractive proposition for those of us who look for a good supermarket experience.

The overall appearance of the store is acceptable, but there are many empty shelves. Several trolleys were left sticking out of the trolley bay, obstructing the way out for customers. Many products were placed on shelves without any price tickets, and when I asked staff for help, they were unwilling to assist—one employee simply stared at the item and walked away. I eventually gave up. The self-service cashier was also rude, initially refusing to remove the security top from our brandy. I had to wave him down and raise my voice before he finally dealt with it. Prices continue to rise while quality is clearly declining

More expensive than Sainsbury's The trays of chicken legs, drumsticks, thighs etc can't be trusted bythe dates. 3 times now we have gone to cook them and the meat is off! So bad that we had to open windows and doors etc. 3 different occasions. We can't return the items because we opened the packet So disappointed.

Asked a member of staff today, a tall lanky guy with glasses and black hair, if they had any of the takeaway Chinese meal bags. He said where they were, but there are none left. He was unloading a crate full of fresh meals. He said " I have got three crateloads to unload" and was unwilling to check for me. I asked if there is a possibility that they will have some later to which his reply was " I told you I have got three crates to unload". This guy was totally unhelpful and disinterested. I spoke to a manager who also was very dismissive. It appears now that customers are now a hindrance in this store. Gone are the days of the helpful, friendly staff that worked there in the early days.

Breakfast Experience This morning, I decided to have a vegetarian breakfast for a very reasonable £7.00, along with a hot mug of chocolate at Morrison’s café. Surprisingly, considering I usually prefer a full English breakfast, I found it quite enjoyable! Reasons for Shopping at Morrison's There are several reasons why I choose to shop at this particular store: Spacious Car Park: They offer a large parking area, making it convenient for shoppers. Affordable Café: The café serves reasonably priced meals, which is a bonus. EV Charging Station: They have an electric vehicle charging station available. Convenience for Busy Individuals: It's a fantastic grocery store for those on the go who need to get their shopping done efficiently.

Alright place to shop, I visit regularly as I live near by. The main thing that I really dislike is when I’m paying (using self serve) there’s a worker dark hair and beard normally but has recently shaved it all off, anyway he’s constantly commenting on what I buy. It makes me uncomfortable and annoyed. Trying to make me feel bad or awkward for needing to get painkillers, alcohol or energy drinks approved. Making comments such as ‘yeah some things don’t change’. I’m an adult I can buy painkillers if I’m in pain or a drink if I fancy it. It’s every single time! Also whenever I come in without my 1yr daughter who’s normally very good and quiet when shopping and he makes comments too like ‘without the racket today’. Absolutely no need for comments like these.

Place is getting worse and worse. Low stock on items. A couple of times the card readers wouldn’t work so had to use cashpoint to return and pay for goods (only ok if you carry bank card, which most people pay via phones) Then last night Wednesday 7th, I walk there to be greeted by the security chap saying no one allowed in. No reason. Customers where still leaving, but no entry at 4:30-5pm is ridiculous!

First visit and last, Cafe queues due to lack of staff possibly but took over 30 mins to get food and even then I had to ask someone where my breakfast was. Told off by a member of staff for following instructions on the self service machine in the cafe instead of what the staff wanted me to do. Cafe tables full of half eaten meals.Queue at the customer service desk and the checkouts, won’t be going again. E Mailed Customer Services, finally got a reply, the usual sorry blah blah blah. Won’t be going there again, just got the impression nobody cared.

Given the location of this large branch as part of a quite large retail park, I expected something a little better. On the positive side, there is plenty of free, available parking free for 2.5hrs. On the negative, the store was untidy and displays looked very tired. Whilst the range of good was appropriate for the size of the store, the overall impression was of poor management and low staff morale with nobody taking much of an interest in the customer experience and perception of the store.

Came here on Sunday 22 June at about 2pm. Surprisingly busy! Good sized clothes and homeware section. Didn't do any food shopping. Went to the cafe as we fancied a sit down. Not too much on offer. Fresh cakes looked a little sorry for themselves (and were uncovered). Staff were helpful and brought our hot food over for us and any extra sauces. Cheap food esp the bacon bap 75p for anything extra. I liked seeing the disposable face mask box at the entrance. Good idea!
