   I would like to thank the staff at this store for caring today. The girls in the kiosk area go above and beyond to make sure I'm OK. I would like to thank the staff in the pharmacy too. Everyone could see I was very frazzled with life today and couldn't have been kinder. I have to use the instore scooter to do my shopping and they always make sure I'm not struggling. Thank you guys. Xx

   Please can someone help we parked at tesco bridgend brewery lane put up our disabled badge which is shown in the picture they took it’s on the left hand side of the car but still been sent a ticket you can’t speak to anyone on the phone they won’t let you so I am hoping some in store reads this and help me with the ticket thank you

   I was trying to access my app so I didn't pay over the odds for my food shop. App was a complete nightmare, staff could see I was struggling with the loyalty card (getting your information for free scam). So I just left it all there and gone to another store. No customer service.

   A huge thankyou to Sharon on self service today. My mother-in-Law is in hospital and wanted her daffodil pin for today, St David’s day, which we couldn’t find. My husband couldn’t find one in store either and asked her if you sold them as she was wearing one . He explained why he wanted one.She said no it was her own. He said no worries. After he paid for his shopping she came over and handed her OWN daffodil pin to him and said it’s for you mother in hospital. Such a kind gesture and my 93 year old mum-in-law will be thrilled to have it. Many thanks again Sharon.

   Much more pleasant to shop at than the big Tesco Extra on Cowbridge Road. Despite size can buy all the items required for a weekly shop and often has some bargains that you won’t find elsewhere. Staff are more friendly here in my opinion and store can be navigated so much easier than big Tesco.

   It's less busy than the tesco extra down the road. Parking is usually readily aveilable and traffic is not as bad as further down the road. Theres a petrol station here too. Mens toilet is a bit of a joke, only one cubicle no bigger than a lunchbox. It's a struggle to take a dump in there.
