   I wouldn't return to this Subway. Myself and my partner went in to order 2 sandwiches and go for their 12 cookies deal, we were then told no and laughed at because we chose 12 cookies of the same flavour. This has never been an issue in any other subway we've visited in multiple branches across the UK and other countries, we're trying to spend our money on and advertised deal that nowhere does it state you can't have the same flavour to then be told no and then laugh when we explain this has never been an issue before...not amazing customer service. If you don't want customers using an advertised deal then maybe don't advertise it in the first place?

   Load of nonsense. Told at 7:30pm that its takeaway only by the woman once she’d started making my food. 3 hours before close, peak dinner time. Can tell it was just to give her an easier life. Not nice vibe from her at all. Would have spent more money but changed my order after hearing I’d be eating outside. Mediocre food, awful service

   Ordered two salad boxes today (28/08) about 17:15 and received probably the best meals and so well presented! Not normally one to leave a review but the guy who served me today went that extra mile and it makes all the difference. Hope he gets the recognition!

   A really great experience today (Sunday 17 August 2025) with my family at lunchtime. The server was knowledgable about the offers and was very patient and helpful towards my children, who were having trouble deciding! She was very friendly with great customer-service skills and I noticed this was the same with all the other customers in the store on the day. Thank you for making our lunchtime break such a lovely experience!

   I don't think the staff have had any training, sometimes you can food that is amazing however this time at 12 the person was useless, the salad was half the size normally given and the chips I asked for was smaller portion and unseasoned until I asked for some. The lack of care and want to be there was so little I'm surprised that he came to do the food at all. If your gonna give me less food then charge me less or leave the job if you care that little

   Rip off prices alot more than any other subway, also the deals they have outside, be careful they charge you correctly. Just got a subway and I was overcharged, without any apology they try and add extras on like cookies and crisps when you simply just ask for a sub! Avoid this place they just rip you off as it’s in Lewes. Think we’re all made of money!!

   Home to the smallest subway salad anywhere in Sussex. This pic is after the meat has been removed, we get double anywhere else with Hailsham being the best and Uckfield second.
