Staff were welcoming, food menu had a great Greek selection, starters arrived quick and main dishes were on the table not long after we’ve finished starters. The baklava was one of the best I’ve ever tried (I don’t like over sweet) but also the chocolate cake/mousse was yummy. Toilets were cleaned. No parking spots but if you’re lucky you can park nearby.
Great place and service, very nice authentic food. Went here for a work lunch with clients at a conference we were attending. Food was relatively quick for a large booking of 9 of us and service was friendly and helpful. I had the lamb (kleftiko) and the meat just fell off the bone - so juicy and tender. Also presented very nice!
Amazing birthday celebration at Adelfia. Made even more special by the attentiveness of Andreas and his lovely team. Food was delicious I had sea bass, which the chef pandered to my love of broccoli rather than the traditional salad garnish. It came with delicious triple cooked chips. My husband had lamb chops which he also raved about. Cannot recommend this gem of a restaurant enough.
Attracted by good Google reviews went for lunch, 7 of us. Lost money, time and ruined our tastebuds too. Not at all authentic and quality food. Starters of grilled octopus was in fact not fresh at all and worse were charred to bitterness. The mains too were charred to bitterness (see photos), not only fish, the same problem even with chicken. Upon complaining, apologised and gave discount. Really does not change anything about quality of ingredients or cooking skills. Even the kids food was of poor quality ingredients and rather basic for the price. Response to owner: no one goes to a restaurant to take photos of empty plates. You have the audacity of implying that we are lying about the poor quality of food using our own precious time and infact ate all our food, what a cheap behaviour. I think people who read this can understand that if we enjoyed the food we would not have left a bad review spilling the beans. Wasting our own time. We were offered a discount because the staff accepted that food was over burnt or to reorder, which we would not as we were in a hurry. Shameful attitude, very poor business ethics. If the food was all good you wouldn't have given a third off the bill, would you? Maybe I'll upload it so that others too can get their money back for poor experience. People can be the judge.
I had such a great experience at this restaurant! It was my second time trying Greek food, and it was completely different from my first time elsewhere. Both were so good, I tried different dishes. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. What made it even better was the staff, they were so friendly, attentive, and made me feel really welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Amazing restaurant! Food is incredible, service and atmosphere is great. I really can't fault it. We are planning to come back to Brighton next year, and this restaurant will be on out list to visit again. I really recommend the meze starter, wish I had taken a picture of it, but it was too good! The flavours ... ooff ... pure perfection! The only thing I will mention is make sure you have cash on hand for the tip, it is easier for the staff as they don't have an option for tip on the card machine and the staff certainly deserve a tip. Edit due to response from owner - sorry for the misunderstanding. We did pay tip on card, but the server asked if we had cash instead as it is easier for them, so I thought I would add it as a note.
The service was great. The food was great. The portion sizes were perfect. We had the prawns in a nice tomato-based sauce, then the pork gyros kids main, adult pork gyros main and the Mezze Selection for Two starter platter to share.We parked on the street at Regency Square, which is paid parking.
Highly recommend this restaurant. The food was amazing and the staff were great! The house rosé was also fantastic! I haven't had Greek food this good other than in Greece!

There was a very lovely atmosphere and the staff were kind and friendly. The food was delicious and well presented. I overall enjoyed my experience and would definitely go there again.
