   I recently visited Chamuyo for a family dinner, and we all absolutely loved our visit. It was a fabulous dining experience, getting every element spot on. With fantastic food, friendly service, and a great atmosphere, it was an outstanding evening. Every single element of the meal, from the delicious starter right through to the Churros for dessert, was absolutely incredible. The highlight was easily the Lamb Shank. It was tender, wonderfully flavoursome, and the portion was huge. With its great atmosphere, brilliant service, and wonderful food, I cannot recommend a visit to Chamuyo highly enough - and I will certainly be back when I head back to Brighton!

   Came for a date night, we ordered a sharing meat platter between 2. Personal favourite was the fillet steak and sirloin cut. The other 2 cuts not as nice, But that’s personal opinions. Came with two sides ( chips and mash for us. Delicious! ) Our waitress Amber, did a fantastic job. Thankyou for the lovely evening. See you again x

   Surely one of the best restaurants in Brighton. Not only is the meat absolutely amazing and very well cooked (arrives medium rare when you asked for medium rare), but the service is also very impressive. Every time we come here, we’re warmly welcomed the moment we arrive. The menu is simple and easy to read, and when we asked for a wine recommendation, they didn’t push the most expensive bottle but suggested something that truly matched our taste. Also, we were 8 and we’ve all been served at the same time. The staff make sure your glasses are never empty, water or wine, and they regularly check in to see that you have everything you need. You can also feel that they genuinely enjoy being there, and that makes all the difference All the love from the table of French friends who had, again, a great dinner last night!

   Delicious Steak, Great Service! We had a fantastic dinner at this steakhouse. The steak was cooked perfectly. Juicy, tender, and full of flavour. The sides were also spot on, especially the grilled vegetables and chunky fries. Everything was fresh and well-seasoned. Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was cosy, and the small touches (like the chimichurri sauce and candlelight) made the experience even better. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality steak and a relaxed dining vibe!

   Dinner with family on a Tuesday night. Not as busy as a Monday but probably best to book anyway. Two sirloin steaks, rare, with some sides. Food was very good. Waiting staff were very friendly, professional and cared. Premises has character and atmosphere with good facilities. Great little place, would recommend going here.

   In Brighton for the weekend and one of our party booked this place for an evening meal. Wasn't quite sure what to expect but was very impressed by the food quality and service. Joselyn, our table attendant, was knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations on quantities of sides to share. Food was excellent quality and mirrored the service we received. It has a limited lager / beer selection but that shouldn't put you off. I had the smaller of the fillet steaks cooked to medium and it was excellent, although in terms of fillet steak prices it is high end price. Overall it is definitely a place ro visit. If I have one area for improvement I would suggest the facilities (toilets) could do with updating. Overall 4.5 stars and definitely go back.

   So we purchased a Groupon deal for this restaurant and we are glad we did. Immediately upon entering we were welcomed and all the staff we had interaction with were very friendly. The food was incredible (the peppercorn sauce was lovely) and the steaks were cooked just so. We both managed to fit dessert in somehow. The only criticism (if it's even a criticism) is that the place is a bit on the small size but it was cosy and well laid out. We are definitely going to return one day!

   What a great restaurant! I booked this for my partners birthday and was so happy I did!From entering the restaurant and being greeted so nicely by both Helena and Amber we felt instantly welcomed. The food was delicious, great flavours and cooked beautifully. We had the chorizo with Malbec and the grilled cheese to start. Both great - would recommend. We then ordered the sharing steak platter which was fab. Great variety of cuts of meat and well cooked. Even a trip to the toilet meant you could smell the delights from the kitchen. I was also asked by Helena if we were out for an occasion and on telling them about my partners birthday, they later surprised us with a candle in his crepe desert. Now that’s a desert everyone must try! Thank you for all your advice and hospitality. A truly lovely place for dinner.
