   I was charged for five meals; they were supposed to get delivered yesterday but the items did not arrive. I have tried contacting Saakshi Kitchen in every possible way but have not received a single response. Can someone from the Customer Service Team kindly address this? They have not responded to my messages since 22 July (so it has been 11 days now). There is no one at the Customer Service Desk to clarify queries.

   Stay Away! Scam. They take your card details and continue to bill you for unauthorised transactions. I was charged £242 in January for a monthly subscription that I did not order, and the food wasn't delivered. I sent several emails and whatsapp messages and didn't get a response. I was again charged £242 in February, which I complained about on email, and still have not had a response from them. Absolutely shocking company. Do not give them your card details. I have had to get my bank to block them.

   I got a mail of free meal from Sakshi and when I ordered I got charged 51.99£. Then I tried cancelling the order, messaging them on FB, Watsapp, sent several emails but nothing. Yesterday I got frozen food with water leaking fm dishes, disgusting. Not worth your money! I thought they have delivery centers in UK means it would be fresh food but no. I threw the food unfortunately.

   I have been asked to added 24 meals and priced accordingly, delivered only 6+2 and a very small portion, not even sufficient for a one person, and chapati were also missing. No contact available, waited for a web chat for more than an hour, no response and not received email too.

   Thank you so much for the taste of home made Indian food away from home. You have turned out be my life saviour. The subscriptions always arrive on time and Jasjit is always available to for help at any time through WhatsApp. Overall great service and food! Portion size is also more than enough for one time meal. I was finding it hard to prepare meals by myself due to extremely busy life (I’m a surgeon so you can imagine) but Saakshi’s kitchen made my life extremely easy and I’m forever grateful to them :)
