   I walked in a (sort of) sleet storm from Worthing with the incentive of a coffee at the perch lancing and it didn’t disappoint! Lovely welcome, delicious coffee (& the best cheeky bacon bap - I’d walked 2.5 miles so I decided I deserved it!) great views. Just a shame a couple arrived and had a phone conversation on speaker next to me, but that’s not the perch’s fault! My first visit. The best incentive to do a 5 miler a couple times a week!

   Great bank holiday Monday lunch. I’d recommend booking. We had mussels which was an enormous portion and steak frites. All very delicious. Special shout out to Dionne for recommending we order the mussels as there was only one portion left. We were going to have a drink and order later, so glad we didn’t!!

   This was our first time visiting The Perch at Lancing. We arrived at 2:25 p.m. on a Thursday, not realizing the kitchen closes at 2:30, but Hannah was incredibly gracious and provided fantastic customer service. The food was absolutely delicious—we had the Sticky Asian Salmon (a must-try), Beach Burger, Fish and Chips, and Steak Frites. We sat indoors, where the ambiance was calm and relaxing. We’ll definitely be back for the excellent service, great food, and inviting atmosphere. Keep up the great work!

   I had the beach burger. One of the best burgers I have ever had. The desserts are a good size to share and enjoy with others. Nice beach. Waitresses and waiters are very welcoming and interactive. Will recommend to others.

   We came for breakfast here as a treat. Food was excellent and quality was good. Service was very attentive. Portion size is good. The coffee was nice. We will happily visit again. It was clean and the decor is spot on for the place, with a nice view of the beach.

   Beach location with great views over the sea obviously, rock up on a windy day and watch the windsurfers excellent. The food is really good with a varied menu I defy you not to find some thing you would like here. The mussels are sooo good, highly recommend. Large car park to the rear with easy access

   First visit to the Perch, down in Worthing for the weekend and spotted this place when driving past. The location is great and the view is fantastic. Service was excellent, quick to be seated and both food and drink order was taken quickly. The only negative was the wait time for the meal to arrive, hence the 4 stars. Once the food arrived is was great and can't fault it.
