   Mr Chips is an outstanding fish and chip shop that never disappoints. I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s just as excellent now as it was back then. I have never had better fish and chips in my life. The shop is quite small and can occasionally feel a bit cramped, depending on the day, but you’re never left waiting for long—they are incredibly efficient. The prices are also unbeatable, offering great value for money. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d hope for in a classic fish and chip shop: warm, welcoming, and authentic. The staff are always friendly, and Mr Chips himself is especially kind—he’s notably pleasant with young children and often gives them a free lollipop, which is a lovely gesture. He truly lives up to the name Mr Chips!

   A very small local fish and chip shop, close to Lancing seafront. Homemade curry sauce is nice. All freshly made and nothing to complain, been using many times, not had a bad meal. Don't be put off by the dated small shop, owner couples are friendly and prices are reasonable and possibly one of the cheapest in the area, LARGE cod at £8, photo showing 1/4 of the actual cod.

   Cash only. Friendly staff. Delicious chips, cooked perfectly crispy and Fluffy inside. Fish tastes fresh and lovely too. Best fish and chip shop in the area, hands down. If you are in the area, try them, you won't be disappointed.

   Stopped here for a quick Battered Sausage and chips and couldn't believe how good it was. Its a pretty small shop and parking isn't great but it's well worth the trouble of visiting if you can. The chips were perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The battered sausage was cooked just right with the batter being crispy but not too oily despite all of it being cooked fresh in front of me. Highly recommended.
