Always a friendly welcome and lovely food. I go with my son and daughters and we always go along as it’s familia and just a family friendly place. Food is always lush also :)
Staff are friendly attentive, very hard working and did their best. Atmosphere, couldn’t hear a thing. Too loud with the open plan the bar/lounge setup, no carpet to null the sound. The whole party were more stressed going out than in. Food, too basic as you can see. Oddly kids meals were same if not bigger portion than the adults. Friend had a veggie flat bread that they enjoyed, but everyone else disappointed and left hungry. Simple menu. Drinks - very good selection on tap. Nice outdoor area for smokers and vapers. But unfortunately there were a lot of people vaping in the restaurant side, that didn’t stop after asked. If you fancy a few beers with your friends and some food this is the place, not really family anymore.
Dined here a while ago and had such a wonderful experience. From the start the atmosphere was so welcoming and our server Ellouise matched this. She was so attentive and recommended some excellent choices which didn’t disappoint. 10/10 visit and will be returning this is solely because of our waitress. I would love if you could pass on to Ellouise that she was amazing and an excellent asset to your establishment.
We first went to the Dunvant in early spring and have now made it our regular. The pub is very welcoming with a great vibe/atmosphere. It's very clean and the staff make sure the tables are cleared and wiped as soon as the guests have departed. The staff are so welcoming, attentive and efficient. All the staff are amazing! however, a special mention must go to Lauren who is always on the ball and seems keep everything under control. Also the 2 lads Tom and Osian who are so helpful and really seem to be happy in their work. Thank you all, you're doing a fantastic job.
I’ve visited the Dunvant a couple times now and it is such a great place and has a great atmosphere to be in that makes you very comfortable. It feels almost cozy. On my latest visit, a couple weeks ago, I was served by the lovely Ellouise who provided perfect service from the moment I stepped in the door. She was so helpful, had a wide knowledge and gave fantastic recommendations. She was also very friendly, making you feel comfortable instantly. I will definitely be visiting again.
We have eaten here a few times now and just popped up for a drink also, it is great value for money. Waiting time is not long at all. The food is very nice overall. All the staff are very friendly and they make sure you have everything you need or want.
Had a great time hear for our Xmas doo. Staff were fantastic. Food portions are not for the faint hearted they were huge!!!!!! Everything a growing lad needed. Will def go back. Thanks for making our night great.
Visited twice in a week with different friends for lunch from the festive menu. All meals selected, both mine and friends, were delicious. Generous portions and well presented. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a visit.
As a local this is where we always pop To when we want a quick and affordable family meal. Tom, Kasey, Robbie, Bryn, Lewis and the team are like a family away from home! My little girls are always happy and entertained. Robbie likes to do magic tricks to keep our little ones entertained while we eat and we feel at home with the friendly and warm service. Recommend to anyone! X
