   It’s lovely to have a local pub to visit within walking distance but we find it lacking in atmosphere. We visited recently on a Saturday for lunch after hearing it was under new management. We hoped the menu and food had improved but sadly there is no change. Hubby chose ham and chips and I chose steak which for the money £23.95 (I think)had high hopes for.The meal portions are huge, lots of chunky chips filled the plates but were tasteless and so disappointing. We visited a pub George IV Baldock yesterday where the food was so amazing with fresh ingredients and tasty sauces and desserts to die for. The Worlds End is no comparison unfortunately.

   This is my new local having moved to the area with my husband. They do a lovely hot chocolate and some excellent pizzas. Will have to sample the Sunday lunch soon!

   Really poor pub experience, expensive, no atmosphere and dated inside. People who own it clearly have lost the love for the place but are friendly enough. Seems like some of the recent reviews (like the one below) is either for a different pub or the people leaving the reviews are friends with the owner. Being honest Mulbarton really deserves a thriving pub, not this place - sorry.

   We LOVE our local We visit at least once a week. Our friends insist on coming here for supper with us here once a month. The staff are just lovely. The food has ALWAYS been.top notch. The garden is great for.our grandchildren and dog friendly. We have never had a problem and this.place is an asset to.our village xx

   Nice pub, first time for me. Good range of drinks and nice beer garden. Shame they closed at 3pm, many customers arrived after this and turned away. Needs a few wasp traps as wife got stung.

   Absolutely lovely meal this evening. We are visiting the area and popped in on the off chance that a table would be available. Great, friendly service from the young man behind the bar and delicious, generous meals. Would definitely recommend. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Everything was spot on. Beautifully presented, inside and out. Enough Adnams to keep even me more than happy. And huge, portions of food. I didn't notice ant areas for just drinkers. I may be wrong. That's all I'd pick on if that's so. Otherwise highly recommended

   I love the World's End. It's been one of my favourite watering holes for 20 years. They cope with all the ups and downs of staffing, recession, pandemic whatever. There's always reliable, reasonably priced food, a friendly welcome and a warm (wood burner) atmosphere. They also host community events like Carol singing, do takeaway and reduced prices for pensioners. I can never understand why they're not packed out at lunch and dinner! Easy parking, lovely garden and playground area in the summer. Please support this super country pub.

   Garden is inviting in the summer. Inside looks dated,Do ask for the beer prices before ordering.Very pricey. £5-10a pint of Goust Ship. Refused to pay and walked out. Will not be returning.
