   Recently taken over and given a revamp. really lovely modern decor and warm, inviting atmosphere, with service to match. We had a Sunday roast which was one of the best we’ve had in Norfolk and chocolate brownie Sunday worth eating even if you are full !!

   I had the most delightful Sunday lunch at The Ratcatchers – truly a standout experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with every member of staff warm, attentive, and genuinely fantastic. The Sunday roast was one of the best I’ve ever enjoyed: generous portions of tender, flavorful beef that melted in the mouth, paired with what has to be the finest Yorkshire pudding I’ve ever tasted – perfectly risen, crisp on the outside, and fluffy within. The presentation was elevated by first-class cutlery and crockery, adding a touch of elegance to the meal. All in all, an outstanding dining experience – thank you to the entire team for making it so memorable. Highly recommended!

   We went for our 5 Year Anniversary meal and it was absolutely breathtaking. The food was so delicious and delicate, it felt like I was in a Michelin star worthy place! The servers were more than accomodating to our allergy requirements and even came out with a small little dessert for us both to celebrate with us. Highly recommend the Chilli Prawn Capellini and the Saffron and Banana Bread with Toffee Sauce and Honeycomb Ice Cream. Thank you for making our night so special, we will definitely come here again x

   Amazing meal here a few weeks ago, service was brilliant and the best steak we have ever had! All members of staff were so knowledgeable on gluten free, which as a coeliac is so reassuring. Simply amazing, we haven’t stopped thinking about it since. Will 100% be back!

   Sunday lunch here was very tasty. We had the beef. Generous portions. Had to enquire about horseradish sauce and mustard. Would have been nice if they came with a spoon! Toilets were spotless. Would have happily ditched the sage and pork stuffing that came with the beef for roast parsnips but that's my personal preference! We will return as would like to try the steak dishes

   Stopped off for a quick Sunday lunch drink with my family after a walk. The pub decor has changed dramatically since our last visit. We had a warm welcome and the pub was quite busy. Decided to have a quick snack, which was very tasty. I'm looking forward to going back for a proper meal soon.

   This was a night out with family for my wife’s 60th Birthday. We spoke to Ben and booked a table he was fantastic couldn’t be more helpful. On arrival the staff were brilliant the place is mind blowing beautiful in the middle of nowhere !! The restaurant was very busy but we never felt forgotten food was remarkable presentation was spot on also with us were 4 children of various ages but they were catered for in just the same professional way and were made to feel comfortable in such a overwhelming environment. If I was able to give more than 10 out 10 I definitely would and even though we are over two hours drive away we will be coming back it was that good. So thank you Ben and the team keep up the good work and I wish you all the success you deserve.

   First time trying this place after our usual place was a disappointment last time, however, this meal was immense. Atmosphere, decor, staff friendliness, food etc are all amazing. A really beautiful place that makes you feel a little bit special for being there. Unfortunately the price is too much for us to eat regularly there, but for a special occasion - this will be our new go to.
