The food quality was very poor. We paid £15 for a sandwich, which was extremely bad. The beef was completely undercooked, so we had to throw all the meat away, and the Mexican rice was also not cooked properly. After eating the food, both my husband and I suffered from severe stomach pain. The restaurant was dirty, and having flies landing on our food inside the restaurant made the experience very unpleasant. Overall, everything was terrible. We were also charged an extra £1 for an additional sauce, and another £1 for the beef, even though it was undercooked. Overall, it was a very bad experience, I wont go there again at all.

Fantastic food! Always my go to when I want a chicken quesadilla (or big burrito if I’m hungry!) everything you order is as stuffed as they can get it, so worth the money !!

Was lucky to pick up a Too Good To Go bag with a vegetarian tortilla and thoroughly enjoyed it!—absolutely delicious! The staff were welcoming and friendly, and it’s the best value-for-money takeaway bag I’ve had. My daughter was also saying it was the place to go when in Brighton. Highly recommend!

Food had no flavour......I think they must have forgotten to season it !!!! I eat mine only because I paid about £6.000 for my burrito- my daughter left all her nachos and said it was awful. What a pity as I used to love going there-Never again.

First time I've ordered from Tortilla in Brighton and I must say I'm not a fan. We ordered for 3 people - My order didn't arrive (the most expensive one) and a colleague ordered a Grilled Chicken Naked Burrito that didn't had chorizo in it. Tried to call them multiple times afterwards, couldn't get through! Not impressed with either quality or the service. Won't be coming back.

Amazing experience, first time trying a burrito and some nachos from a Tortilla shop and will be looking forward to trying other choices soon. Lady serving was amazing and explained all the parts clearly and the tastes of each of the different meats, beans and sauces.

Tasty and fresh food each time but place is short staffed and can't cope with the demands of the area. Be aware between lunch time usual queuing time is around 20/25min. Each day barely 2-3 members of staff juggling tens of customers in line and takeaway orders on top of it. Add more staff please
