   Great experience/meal here. I would especially note how good the staff were. Very on it with everything and extremely friendly and professional. 10/10. One very tiny critisism is the nacho sharing platter is a bit smaller than it used to be but it was still enough for 2 people. Still it doesn't take away from the lovely experience. Prices are decent, good service. What more can you want. Thanks very much

   Very well themed restaurant with great decor and staff in costume. We sat in the jail and enjoyed every morsel of food. The portions were great and the taste very good. Some interesting items on the menu at the moment due to the time of year which is always good but I would love to go back again! Well worth the money and time.

   Booked a birthday party for a group of four. The server mixed up our cocktail orders and try to overcharge and convince us that we made a mistake. We need to ask another staff to clarify the menu and correct the mistake. Food was plenty and delicious. Crew was friendly and attentive. The design of the restaurant is on point. Overall a good experience just watch your bill.

   Had a great lunch time at this restaurant and definitely will reccomend to everyone who loves nice BBQ and grill food, ribs, steaks, snacks.....everything is very tasty, well cooked, well served. For big group the best is share plates of course with plenty of various meats and sides. Nachos were so delicious, so became my favourite. Service is great. I like when you are greeted with smile at the entrance and even restaurant was fully booked but we have got a table, thank you for extra effort to find for us table. Special thank you to Debbie, she was super attentive, friendly, open, smiling we had great service, she is amazing. The restaurant itself nice, decorated as Texas/Wild West style, super cool. Clean, what is important. Music exactly suits the theme of restaurant, country music. For me it's a big point, as I like to be in this atmosphere where everything matched well and style, music all aligned. Had a great time and see you again soon.

   Smith & Western always seem to have good food and good portions. Staff always seem happy and happy to help. The chicken wings and prawn starters were great. As normal the main of ribs was lovely. All with a. Voice of BBQ, Southern Comfort or TNT dips. Was a bonus that it was warm and we could have the dogs outside with us shame you can’t have them inside.

   I love the place. Also the vast park to explore, and even have a picnic with friends and family. The scenery is fantastic and the lake. What a lovely place. The food was great. We couldn't finish our plate. I will go back again.

   Lovely atmosphere, proper American! Food was lovely, but expensive. I had the ribs and wings combo and they were full of flavour however the chips and onion rings were quite dry and didn’t have any flavour at all. Had to drown my chips in salt and dip the onion rings in a load of sauce just to give them an ounce of flavour :( on the whole, it was nice food none the less.

   Good food Good drinks Good atmosphere Good car parking nearby Good level of customer service Excellent location with stunning surroundings A couple of things that would improve this restaurant; 1. The food was served warm, needed to be hotter. 2. Staff seemed to be friendly but when we asked for our drinks for the second time one of the staff simply said “we are busy but they will come” but the restaurant was 40% full - so not busy! Overall good restaurant and good value.
