   Having recently moved into the area, I was keen to sample one of the local Chinese takeaways. I chose Jade Garden based on Google reviews and certainly enjoyed the food, which was very high quality and good value. I’ll certainly be back to sample more from them…thank you

   We only ever always order Chinese food from Jade Garden as we love it normally. Tonight we thought instead of collecting we would have it delivered. 55 mind after ordering still no food. I rang and she said it was just being packed and would be 15minutes. I decided it would be quicker to collect so drove straight down as its not even a 5 minute drive. I was handed the food and returned straight home . Once home I took the tubs out ready to serve. I could feel straightaway the food was cold so proceeded to reheat it in the microwave. Food was tasty as ever but I would not recommend having it delivered . I will collect in future .

   Ok, so we moved to lancing in 2016. Before we moved we were looking at what people said was the best Chinese in the area and Jade Garden kept coming up so we promised ourselves we’d try it. It’s now 2023 and we finally got around to trying it, as a celebration after my partner went in for surgery. We haven’t had a Chinese for over ten years and to my absolute delight Jade Garden was fantastic! The food was all hot, they didn’t forget anything, delivery was on time, every item we had was absolutely 100% perfect! We even spoke to them on the phone about delivery as we are hard to find sometimes and they were very helpful. Me and my partner both absolutely devoured that meal last night and slipped quietly into a food coma afterwards for an hour! I highly recommend Jade Garden 10/10 oh, ordering and paying for the food before they even opened was great! We will return! Thank you!

   Truly unpleasant food. Not sure what the lumps were in our Chicken in yellow bean sauce but it wasn’t chicken. First time here and never again.

   This was the worst ever food delivered, duck over cooked no pancakes sent with order, old cucumber and onions ( not enough for 2 pancakes) the owner was not pleased with my comments and almost argued with me, I will never ever use these again, I felt I did something wrong!! Which is so wrong, not value for money, so disappointed after it was recommended, never ever again, wasted £35 of my money, shocking.

   Very disappointed! What used to cost less than £40 now costs over £50. As a regular customer was charged an extra £2.20 for cucumber & onion for duck. Ribs were over cooked/burnt. Other items not hot. Never again!

   I have had a number of meals from Jade Garden and until today have been satisfied with the food and service. Today I ordered Duck in plum sauce but got it with pinespple pieces but feel it should have been plums, fried vegetables and egg fried rice.,the duck and vegetables were barely warm but the rice was hot. I do like my food hot so trust future orders will be hot. Disappointed

   Absolutely fantastic, prawn curry, very quick service, the young lady on front counter is delightful, very friendly kitchen staff, just the right amount of spice to food, I have no hesitation in recommending. Such a refreshing difference to before lockdown, seems like a new family and a complete decor makeover. Thank you so much you are wonderful x
