Awful service ordered at 17:13 for delivery between 20:00 and 20:30 order never arrived called up said 3 hour wait awful service
Gave me food poisoning and awful stomach problems. Never order from here
We are not happy at all with the service , when our order finally arrived late , the delivery driver said our order was another five pound, the chicken balls were missing the curry was tasteless, rice dry , we didn't eat it , it tested like a cheap frozen meal , I did phone them they didn't want to no, they said I ordered something else , horrible service, horrible food, worst £48.40 ever spent , never again, rude rude people
1 star is too generous. Waited an hour for delivery - missing parts of the order. Called to request delivery of the rest and they treated us like criminals. They wanted to check cctv as they didn’t believe us. Once agreed, they said it’s leaving in 5 mins. 50 minutes later in arrives. The food was awful. They also put two random chicken nuggets in the mixed hors d'oeuvres ffs. Fingers crossed you go out of business soon
Absolutely disgusting, this is the worst Chinese I have ever had, food was all slimey, and all looked under cooked, the pork balls don't even look like pork balls was sausage meat in batter, all ended up in the bin waste of £60, this picture I have put up is meant to be a pork ball
The vegetable chow mein was bland and tasted stale the king prawn in a black bean sauce was mainly large pieces of onion and carrot, I had eaten a few prawns then thought better of it as they tasted soft and not quite right. The accompanying egg fried rice was just a pile of brown mulch, could not identify any egg. Definitely will not be going there again. Having a disappointing meal is one thing, but worrying and waiting to see if it makes you ill takes it to another level of bad.
Very poor . Waited over an hour , food turned up cold , wrong food recieved as sent prawn toast not king prawn balls . Chips was not cooked , chow mien had no flavour . Gone down hill last two times we ordered but gave it another go and totally disappointed . Prices have gone through the roof and food is very poor . Will never order again
Had takeaaways from here a number of times. Impressive vegetarian selection. Arrives hot and always good size portions. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend.
Decided to try this place yesterday. It was awful in my opinion. The chicken was jelly like texture that made me feel nauseous and the crispy chili beef may have well been sweet and sour as there was no other flavour to it. The noodles were very bland. I would give this place a wide berth. I’m not fussy believe me but the quality is below standard to any Chinese takeaway I have ever had!
Fantastic chinese and the service is friendly. Something was a tiny bit wrong with order and it was corrected super quickly without any fuss. We have had a few take aways from here and they are all consistently good. Would definitely recommend.
