We ordered at 728 pm the food arrived at 950 just given up and going to bed when they came, so disappointed , prawns in batter were tough and tasteless and sweet and sour sauce was diluted won't be ordering again.
Ordered a takeaway at 7pm, at 8.30pm we got a text message to say our takeaway has been cancelled (no reason given) we tried to call them 3 times to find out what is going on and no answer. Very dissapointing, avoid this place!
Very poor quality – won’t return Sticky floor, dirty waiting chairs, and greasy card machine pad on arrival. Sweet & sour pork was so dry and over-reheated it was inedible also pork was dark brown in colour, chow mein chicken was tasteless, and fried rice bland. Left most of the meal uneaten. Chose it for the 5-star hygiene rating but very disappointed.
Been eating here for 10 years but I’ve had a meal recently and it was mostly over cooked, sweet and sour chicken balls we’re hard and dry the batter just fell apart, spring rolls were dry and just tasted wrong, I don’t know what has changed but it’s time to find another local one which is a shame because we are just up the road but this meal or parts of it just tasted like warm ups
We called due to allergies in the house. The person on the end of the phone was super polite and went to check, it gave us confidence. Food was great, delivery was quick
Absolute joke ! we ordered for the first time via there app ! Can’t comment on the food because they got our address wrong even though it was correct on the order ( need to go spec savers) so we never got our food when we called them up they were rude and in un apologetic and some bloke was shouting in the background. They told us our food was waiting in there shop which is no good to us . Worst take away in lancing by far , so don’t waste your money and if you decide to take a chance well it will be 50/50 good luck .
What a shower of thieves got me to pay on the app which is as much use as my two year old and then tell me my fluid that I paid nearly £60 for was going on o be about one hour and a half! Highly unrecommended l!!
Stopped using this chinese for a couple of months as the food was not good. It was always the best chinese in lancing so was dissapointed however last night I reordered and wether it has had a change in chef or owner it seems to back to as good as it was last year. Chilli beef and Singapore noodles were great.
Used to be my go to Chinese, absolutely delicious and would recommend to anyone, but unfortunately since covid I have refused to use it due not being able to do collections or walk ins, forcing me to pay a delivery fee of around £3, though this is currently showing as £1.50 on their website. I refused to do this as I live a 5 min walk away, a minutes drive if that. I had assumed the collections rule had finished since covid restrictions ended and happened to be outside so called them to place an order, I was advised I would have to go home, place an order (and obviously pay) for a delivery. I did so that time, from another takeaway in Lancing. Otherwise I have to thank them for curbing my ability to impulse buy Chinese takeaway, I suppose. A real shame, I don't know why it's no longer local friendly.
Ordered chilli beef from here and after eating a small amount I noticed there is no beef in it hardly at all. Its some kind of batter but with in it or if there is its not beef and its transparent. Have a look if u order it. Rest of its good but I was annoyed to pay about £7 for a bag of batter
