   Absolute rubbish this place ordered extra salad, got next to NONE. I like a lot of salad with doner meat and chips more salad that meat to be honest and every time I get the same virtually none . Never ordering from this place again !

   Rang up to complain about the chips ordered, really greasy and not even properly cooked. Person on phone wanted me send the other chips down to 'investigate' stated ok however he then went on to say the new chips would be in the same state as the ones I wad sending back, clearly wasn't willing to change etc. Been going there for years and no issue but whoever was on the phone tonight needs sacking with his attitude and not willing to exchange. Ended up ringing takeaway and the chips and service was lovely. Might have to start going back to the better service place which will be a shame

   Always cold when I have it delivered. Below photo with very very little lettuce, doesn't look appetizing does it? Rude customer service. Umpteen times I've give them benefit of doubt, I'm no longer spending my money here.

   Chose pizza deal listed on shop display at 15.80 added a burger listed at 5.50 my math get 21.30 when asked he said the prices on the menu are online prices and charged 24 . He asked if I wanted sauce when replied please drop a little in a small pot instead he wants 1.50 more . And gave me the food dry . blatant robbery oh and had the cheek to also charge 1.50 more for pepperoni on the ANY 2 PIZZA DEAL

   We are regular customers at rupeyal and the food is always amazing but last night then went above and beyond. we had a big order it was over £80.00 and not only was everything correct it was also on time- only a 30 minute wait for collection and the food was absolutely amazing. We throughly enjoyed our food last night - all 8 of us! Thank you rupeyal - we will see you again next week!
