   We've ordered twice through Uber Eats, and the order has been wrong twice. On the first order, the meal deal was delivered with a smaller pizza than advertised. We recieved an apology, and a request to try them again. On trying them again, our order had a substituted side (a double of one we already had), the large drink was missing and our dip was missing. On calling, we were told that since the order had been delivered by UberEats, all we could do was to request a partial refund - the UberEats app stated that the order was delivered by Smokin's own driver. This is twice out of two orders that we haven't recieved what we've paid for, and Smokin' hasn't actually done anything to make their errors right. We won't be ordering from them again - it's a shame, because the food we *have* recieved has been of good quality. The value for money is *greatly* decreased, however, when you don't actually get what you pay for.

   Drab atmosphere when empty. Order at the table via a QR code with table number, ( or you can order at the counter). Superb Food. Especially the Loaded Fries. Tasty Burgers. Fast Food outlet, so don't expect any cutlery, cups or plates. Food served in cardboard boxes and foil trays. Drinks served in bottles and cans with a straw. Toilets are terrible. All said and done, it's all about the food, which is Fantastic. Highly Recommended.

   It isn't often that my first instinct upon being seated in a restaurant is to check the displayed Food Hygiene Rating is accurate, but I did here today. There's a kitchenette area to the left of the 'bar' which is actually visible to the public, but it looks like it's their dirty little secret. God knows when it was last cleaned, and if that's the state of the visible, I don't want to think about what the kitchen looks like. The toilets were in good condition but badly cleaned and managed. (No paper, filthy toilets and sinks, and empty aerosol cans on the floor). The food was expensive (£10.50 for over-held chicken, average rice, and cold chips) and very poor quality. The base of my daughter's pizza was so dough-like, it felt raw and was thoroughly inedible. Now, none of this is the fault of the young girl serving, so I didn't complain to her, and the man who was clearly the owner/manager/Mr Jawad from the previous review, had disappeared by the time my displeasure was obvious, so I couldn't complain to him either. I will not be eating here again, and I strongly recommend you don't either. Instead, why don't you go to the many other eateries in the area? Or stay hungry, that would be the better option. I wish I had.

   Smokin' Grill N Pizza restaurant offers the best pizza in town. I often visit with my family and order large pizza. We also order Grilled chicken with rice that is really awesome. My family insists me to visit here again and again.

   Been here twice now and no complaints. When I was in the second time, there was a party of 16 and food was delivered to my table and the party table in a timely manner. Both times the food has been amazing, tarka rice was outstanding and the chicken was succulent and so tasty. Second time I visited I had the pizza - the dough is made fresh as you order and you can really tell the difference, it was delicious. I would 100% recommend. You can really tell the diversity that they have in the kitchen! Excellent.
