Went for the St Louis Ribs which were around £43. Food was pretty disappointing. One end of the ribs was very nice (fall off the bone) but the other end had a lot of cartilage left in the meat and seemed a lot dryer than the other. When ordering (unfortunately I’m a little fussy with food) I asked if there was any green stuff or any veg on the plate and asked that if it was it was taken off. They said there was nothing that came on it, it was literally just the meat. However it came out with a load of chive on it, which I wasn’t keen on. Not a lot of sauce on the ribs which was disappointing. Waiter came over and asked if we wanted any sauces, we asked for more bbq sauce and he said “sure” and then just never came back. Felt like the ribs were unevenly cooked as very tough in some spots and then tender in others. Restaurant looks really nice aesthetically, just the food wasn’t very good. For £15.. A bargain.. But for £43 very disappointing. Swapped a tenner for some coins though for our parking which was nice. But not sure we’d come back.

Great burger with super vibes in the restaurant, let alone the design. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Thanks for the nice service. ✌️

Was recommended this place by a work colleague, and it did not disappoint. I ordered 'The Bob Marley' from the specials, The Jerk ribs were amazing, with a beautifully spiced bark encrusting the topside, underneath the meat was soft and juicy, expertly cooked. I'm a big fan of curry goat, and have tried in many South London establishments, this easily lived up to all of them, with the perfect level of heat, the goat was tender and fell off the bone, and the meaty flavour permeated the sauce. The dumplings were crunchy on the surface, and fluffy on the inside, good for mopping up operations. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the decor matched the atmosphere. Highly recommended

The food is always awesome! Can highly recommend the ‘16 hour pulled smoked brisket’, it was mind blowing, full of amazing flavour. But all of the food we had was superb. The service was also fantastic and great atmosphere and cool graffiti covering the walls. All in all it is well worth a visit here! A+

The ribs and wings had great flavours but were very chewy, quite disappointing. I went to Mission Chicken recently, their sister restaurant and the food there was incredible so it’s surprising the ribs and wings at the smoke pit weren’t up to par.

Really enjoyed every aspect of The Smoke Pit. Buzzing atmosphere with an interior to match. Welcoming friendly staff with a real passion for the food they produce. As a group of 10 we filled the table with sharing platters of meat heaven! Great night out, will certainly return!

This place was recommended to us ages ago, and we just never got round to going.I booked it for our Valentines date night. We had a platter to share, it was absolutely huge. It was very nice. I had a Candy crush cocktail and my Huband a cider. We were really impressed with this restaurant. And it was clearly very popular. Very nice evening, and very enjoyable.

The decor and vibe here is very good and really fits in with the theme of the restaurant. The food is incredible and you can get a lot for your money if you get a platter. The service wasn’t good enough though. It took 25 minutes for a waiter to ask for our drinks, 1.5 hours to get our food from being seated, and another 20 minutes to get the bill after we had asked 4 times. The staff were rude when queuing to refill our refillable drinks as we were “getting in the way”. The service really let us down because the rest is perfect.

The atmosphere was great. The staff was very friendly. The hot sauce names were hilarious. The food was very tasty. The art surrounds you. The only reason I give this place a 4/5 is because it seemed a little pricey for what was received. £23 for a burger, fries and a drink. I would recommend this place and will come again. Thanks for the great experience.

Came for early Friday dinner without booking. They had a few varieties of Brooklyn beers on tap and a ridiculously extensive bourbon menu. Oh my days, the portions were huge. Thankfully they have doggy bags (it basically fed us for the day after too). I had the blue chicken burger as a platter, there was so much meat the bun only contained half of it. The ribs and pulled pork were smokey and delicious. Good service, excellent food.
