Had better microwave meals! Not only have I had to wait nearly 3 times what they said for delivery! But it wasn't even warm....more sauce and the rice was dry!
I have dinned at rajah for many years, experienced tasty food & great place to socialize with friends & family. Parking or walking is close by & Ur sure of a warm welcoming smile on Ur arrival & professional service.
Honestly the worst take away I ever had. Not only that waited nearly 2 hours for it and when we phoned had the phone put down on us. Also forgot an item on our order but didnt seem to care. 1st and last time we order here
Appalling customer service. We were told our delivery would take 45 minutes, 1 hour later the food still hadn't arrived, so we phoned and were told it was on the way, with the shop being only 5 mins away we expected it to arrive within 10 minutes after that, yet a further 15 minutes passed by and still no food. We phoned again and spoke to a man on the phone who then said it was sent out and on its way, and when we complained we'd already been told that earlier and it still wasn't here and he basically just said it is what it is and hung up. What a joke.
Pre ordered the night before for collection at 6.30. Went to collect, the guy was adamant that there was no order for us. After explaining for a few minutes we’d ordered last night over the phone, the order appeared. Took it home, not only were the chips and nans cold, we were missing a curry. Rang back, to be told there was no delivery driver and to come back and collect the missing curry and then put the phone down before I could say anything. Reluctantly drove back leaving my family eating, asked them for the money back for the curry to which I was barked at that we hadn’t been charged. I left, after eating the food which was nice I realised I had actually been charged. Terrible service, the restaurant was empty as well. Food was lovely but don’t expect an apology if you’re not happy with something.
We place a order Saturday night at 5.15 food and told it would be with us at 6.30 which was no problem. However 8.20 food turned up missing part of the order we phoned them to be told missing part of the order would be with us in 30 mins .it never turn up message for refund nothing. Its a shame as we have used them for a long time .lost a customer
Took my mum here for a birthday meal with my wife and in laws . I've been going here for a long time over my time growing up in Leek. Had my 18th meal and my 21st here and it's always been good. After not visiting for a good 7 years we thought this was a good shout. Booked a table for 7.30pm weeks in advance , when we arrived we were left waiting for 20 mins for the table to be ready, no big deal . We eventually got sat down and the waiter took drink orders and we ordered some poppadoms. Which we recieved promptly. We waited a further 20 minutes before the waiter had realised he hadn't taken our order , which was a little bit annoying as we were close to leaving. The food was great but service standards seem to have dropped dramatically .
We had a lovely evening. The food was very nice, good quality and reasonably price. There was cobra on tap, which is always a plus for me. The service was quick and there was a friendly atmosphere. It's quite a large restaurant and they also do takeout. I will definitely be going again.
