Great traditional canal side pub with a good selection of real ales. Friendly staff and good food. With annual beer festivals and live entertainment events what more can you ask for locally. Keep up the good work.

Nice locals pub with great beer and friendly staff. Dog friendly, which I agree with, and they supply treats for them. Down side is they let the dogs on the seats. One local lady proceeded to put the said treats on her table to let her dog lick them off! Don't think I'd ever eat here!

Great food, great beer, the best company you'll ever meet, and the finest rum and coke in the area. You can do no better than the Blue Bell when it comes to everything you want from a pub. If you get a chance to attend the beer and cider festivals, that's a must.

Go with my ex work mates, they enjoy pie and chips night. They have a 3 pint deal but some of the beers aren't what I like. We have a good time anyway.

Just been to The Blue Bell Inn for pie night with friends. What a fantastic pub. Fabulous food and fantatic selection of well kept cask ales. The staff are quite simply brilliant and so welcomming, we were there for pie night and the pies are all beautifully hand made and so tasty. The landlady and husband are wonderfull hosts and the atmosphere is perfect. We will be going back....thankyou all at the Blue Bell for a great time and super food and great ale.

Very pleasant pub atmosphere. Dog friendly. We went when there was a beer festival on. The food was delicious. Only reason I gave a 4 star was that we had to wait for the food, but to be fair the pub was full so that's a fair reason to be a little behind on orders. Would we go again? Most certainly.

A proper local pub. Recently started a few simple food options. Pizzas are amazing, and pie and a pint for less than a tenner, you can't go wrong.
