   Most expensive cafe in town for serve in paper take away bags with paper spoons and wooden cutlery. Ordered 2 regular hot chocolate and a late, a porridge with honey, a sausage roll, a cheese toasty, a smoke salmon with avocado, 2 custard tarts ( girls mistake gave me 3 and charge for it, however I fine with it and doesn’t bother with refund) seated in total price almost £39 I had same order in Cornish cefe nearby or Costa and many cafe around City with ceramic plate and proper cutlery never pay over £30 for all of these. Never again.

   Hello, I always enjoy a Pret sandwich and drink. Great quality, great choice, great flavours, great service and staff. It’s worth that little extra cost from your competition. My only issue is sitting in the venue itself. I was on the first floor area. It just feels grimy. There were dead flies on the window seal and many cobwebs around. I appreciate it is a very busy Pret in the heart of Norwich, however attention to detail is so important. A good deep clean or refurbishment is due. I expect more from Pret. This is not by any means a complaint or criticism, just my observation from my visit one day in August.

   Visited this Pret on a hot day to get a refreshing cold drink and got service with a smile too. I chose a Pret Seltzer 'Zesty lime and raspberry' Big mistake. It had almost zero flavour of lime or raspberry but 99% flavour of water. Only £2.30 too It was cold however.

   Would have been 1 star but I quite enjoy the mac & cheese. Today was the 3rd time I have been served by the older, very disgruntled man. He is consistently rude and foul toward me - which is very unfortunate because I have bad good experiences with all the other staff members, I visit this location all the time. I dread seeing him there. I will no longer spend my money at this location if I see him behind the counter. I gave it 3 chances before I wrote a negative review, and each occurrence was more unpleasant than the last. If you see this man, turn around and walk out.

   One of the nicer Prets I’ve visited, clean, well stocked with choice, friendly staff and the coffee was good! There’s seating inside or out and a lovely 2nd floor space if you want a bit of a quieter area! Recommend the salt beef in rye! Delicious. Nice decor inside and comfy seats

   Do enjoy Pret food.The best of the bigger chain coffee shops for veggies.Costa n Neros tend to stick with cheese toastie or egg s/wich for veggies.Pret has much more to offer

   Its become a students hangout. Regularly dine in for lunch but no more....many tables taken up with students, cosy with laptops open. Food always tasty but not paying more when I can't sit & enjoy my lunch.

   You need to look at 'students buying one coffee and hogging tables' situation Currently sat looking at 8 chairs, 3 students on their laptops all with empty coffee cups next to them! 2 family's arrived with piles of food and drink and can't find tables!
