Excellent range of products and prices often better than Amazon - support local! Friendly and informative staff.

Small shop with a big heart and lots of great advice

A treasure-Tardis packed with the essential, the functional and even the decorative. From nails & candles, brooms & bins, cookware to cleaning products and even some urban gardening bits too! Helpful, knowledgeable staff who also do a key cutting service for most standard keys. Highly recommended.

The staff are always super helpful and they almost always have what I need. A local Kemptown business that deserves support. For all domestic DIY bits and bobs, I'd say give them a try before you get in your car to the big chains...

I sadly experienced very rude and unfriendly customer service - I went to get a fire guard on Friday afternoon (which I needed that day) and asked the assistant behind the till if they had any. He pointed to one which was very dusty and dirty with no comment at which point I asked if he had a ‘new’ one. The assistant replied with a simple ‘no’ at which point I asked if he could either clean it or offer a small discount to cover the fact it was very dirty. He looked at me rather grumpily, picked it up and dusted it lightly. I then replied, ‘I suppose I better leave it then’ and he replied ‘yes I think think that would be best’ in a sarcastic and unfriendly manner. Very disappointing service especially after living in Kemp Town for over ten years and using your shop previously with no complaints. The lady in front of me also had trouble too with the assistant’s rudeness and short manner.

Having a disaster pre holiday issue with a bath plughole. Johnny was straight on the case with me and gave me so really sound advice. Love that I can come and speak to people who know what their talking about. Thanks Johnny again for your help!!

Brilliant, convenient local business. Attempting to do basic DIY on my home - this shop has everything, at a reasonable enough price. Staff helpful and there even was an "Are you local" followed by a small discount. Which was hilarious and cute. Will be back for more supplies!
