   Went in here and saw some socks I liked. I got to the till and they weren't accepting contactless due to a connection issue and I'd completely forgotten my pin number which I've never done before. The lady behind the till was really patient and very friendly and thankfully I eventually remembered my pin!

   It’s a fab shop and we bought a bunch of things in there a couple of weeks ago. Without going into tedious detail the guy working in there went above and beyond with our customer service later in the day and it made me want to exclusively shop at Bert’s for all eternity. A really great place with great stock and great staff. X

   I could lose a day in this shop. Be warned, you'll go in wanting something specific and walk out with a range of things you never thought you wanted but will be glad to. Good quality items in a lovely shopping space. Staff are friendly and welcome browsers too.
