   Uses dishonest user interaction patterns to sell users more than they need. Preticket product selection with prices really large and small print underneath that gets users to agree to be sold insurance and a membership for a discounted repair rate. The total membership or insurance rates are never totalled. They refused to refund my repair cost £99 when I tried to cancel. Obviously they haven't conducted any real world user research, because if they would have, they would have discovered that no one is going to read small print under a price, they shouldn't pre-tick choice boxes, when someone is under stress because an appliance has broken and they have kids screaming in the background. Do some honest user research. It's not hard.

   Abysmal. Beyond awful. Charged me £130 for a guy to come round for 5 minutes and tell me they cant fix it. Not only was the price agreed on the phone not £130, but i also explicitly declined their membership, which i am now apparently signed up for.

   Comically bad company. This is either a scam or they are completely incompetent. Spent two weeks and £130 to tell me what the fault was when I had already told them by looking up the error code online.A month later they still have not made any progress with the repair. Do not use this company. Shockingly poor!!!

   Sent a load of messages saying it’s booked and need to pay but I never booked anything. Called, emailed and texted me 3 times, in one day and even more after I asked for my details to be removed… I only had to ask them 2 times to remove myself.
