We were staying at a nearby hotel and the breakfast there was very expensive, found Cafe Zio on Google search and only round the corner. Two full breakfasts and two mugs of tea £27! Food was lovely, great cuppa and the service was 10/10. We enjoyed it so much we went back our second morning too! Lovely atmosphere, felt like you could sit there all day and watch the world go by. If ever visiting Brighton again would definately go back!

Beautiful place, vibes, food was excellent and really really reasonably priced. Would recommend the wraps and hot chocolate! Steph and Francesca made me feel very welcome, thanks you.

This is the best breakfast spot in Brighton. A hidden gem at Brighton Marina. Amazing food, warm, friendly atmosphere. The price and quality of food was 11/10. Lovely smiling people, thanks Cristian and Havin. Great music!

What a gem and Sir behind the till, from abroad, practising his English on us. Good luck to him. Lovely smile ... Bfast for the rowdie 5 was great fun, lucky I noticed our leader was aiming to leave a £1.35 tip to out £90 bill so it got upped to £11.35 & we all paid £20 for our fE & several excellent coffees.

I ordered hash browns, in which they forgot about and I had to ask a waiter about them, and when they brought it out it was frozen in the middle and I was unable to eat it. The lady who I told was nice and offered to make it again/asked if I wanted anything else but I just wanted a refund so that’s what I got. The fry ups my friends got felt a bit of a scam. £11.45 for one of each item.

We visited this pub/restaurant several times just to see what it was like. The service was excellent and the food was good although the portions could be better and on one visit when we placed an order for scampi and chips we were given what looked like the scraps at the bottom of the chip fryer but overall we like the staff and the position of the pub is great as you are by the river adur and for ramblers its great as you have several walks nearby.

Love Zio's! Our absolute favourite cafe to go to in the marina. Lovely food- both breakfast and lunch options are delicious, particularly the paninis or full English. Most of the staff are lovely and welcoming. Good service and nice clean place. In a marina fu of chains, Zio's is one of a kind

Visited for lunch with a large party, including a dog and 2 babies, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. They rearranged tables for us, made sure we had enough room for buggies and high chairs and were very attentive throughout the meal. The food was lovely and not too expensive either.
