   Extremely disappointed. We live locally and ordered from here when they first opened and the food was excellent. It seems the only time you can get good food from this place is when the owner is on site. We waited for an hour to receive cold undercooked burgers that were basically raw in the centre, a tiny frankfurter in a happy shopper bun and the smallest portion of chips I’ve ever seen in my life. Most definitely will not be ordering from here again.

   Got a delivery from here. Really delicious burgers. Sadly they had run out of halloumi fries so could only provide a couple, but they made up for this with an extra drink and some chocolate bars. That's great customer service. Will definitely order from here from the future.

   I have been visiting Burger Barn Coldean since it’s opening a month ago now. It’s an independently run business and the people who run it are lovely & friendly. I have tried the full range of food and drinks and been visiting during the week along with the option now to visit during home Brighton FC games on the weekends. They have homemade, local ingredients and offer just about all the beef burger options, chicken and even plant based burgers (just had the Korean Peanut chicken burger wow!!!). I will continue to support this local business and best of luck to you Burger Barn!!!

   Just had the best ham and cheese panini I with the best iced coffee cake for desert!! The prices are so cheap and the quality is amazing for the price!! Reading a review from 2 weeks ago I beg to differ and find that’s clearly a competitor insecure about their own food as I’ve never had a hostile greeting and how can you have a hostile environment if nobody is in the cafe?? I love your food and will keep returning thankyou and good luck for the future xxx

   Love this place, it's such a hole in the wall and everything's so cheap but so yummy!!! Staff are lovely and friendly and I will definitely be going back. Apparently they're going to be doing roast dinners soon too, I will definitely be coming for those!!
