Today evening , For a small latte they charged 4.50 from me , other star bucks have different price, and the latte was very bad too..
Staff very rude and got one drink made wrong and one drink i ordered was not even made
Not the best experience today. Usually, I enjoy visiting Starbucks but today was a bit of a letdown. £15 for two coffees feels really steep, especially when the service doesn’t quite match the price. The staff member taking our order kept forgetting what we’d asked for, and when the drinks were finally made, they were made with dairy milk, not oat milk – despite that being our clear preference. I thought that’s why they write the details on the cup, so it’s disappointing to have to chase that up. On a positive note, the tiramisu latte was delicious but overall the experience was underwhelming, especially considering it wasn’t even busy. Hopefully just a one-off, as service is usually better here.
Waited a while to be served as the server had wandered off. No apology for keeping is waiting. Got my drink size wrong. No offer to change it. Flat personality. Would rather be served by a machine
The worst coffee and chocolate I've ever tasted especially at such prices! Plain, watery stuff advertised as luxurious, great taste. Really? Nowhere near Costa and Nero!
