We often come over from Animal across the road - staff always look like they're enjoying their work, and are so friendly. It always makes me happy I came.
I just wanted to leave a review as Loana was went out of her way to help my this afternoon she made a point to be extra careful and cautious when getting my birthday cake muffin due to my allergies whilst informing me of any risks etc from manufacturing but making me feel extra comfortable enjoying my birthday treat so kind great service !
I spend a lot of time in Costa Coffee shops. This branch in Brighton is my favourite. I visit it every week. They are very quick & efficient. Simona serves me every week & greets me every time with a lovely smile No matter how busy she is she always makes time to ask each & every customer how they are.
Staff are always cheerful and friendly. They make excellent coffee and are very quick even when it's busy. It's easily one of my favorite costa locations.
The most professional friendly and helpful coffee house in the City. All the staff are so friendly. The toilets are spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.
Outstanding friendly service, good value and they DO take cash. A happy contrast to another cafe on the other the street.
We were literally harassed by another customer who had also gone into the staff kitchen despite visibly not being staff. He continously came up to our table several times, clapped in my friends face and when my friend got annoyed and yelled at him the worker at the store told my friend to not cause a scene, even when we were the ones being harassed for just sitting there enjoying a coffee. The staff are horribly rude and took an obscene amount of time to get through a 3 customer queue because they were very obviously joking around and being disorganised. While we were there we also noticed they had little knowledge of how the till worked and had charged another customer twice for an order.
I have the app downloaded and it was my birthday on Friday. So i got a notification that i can choose something from the sweet counter for free, as a birthday treat. I got a week to use it. So i popped in with my daughter. I chose a cinnamon brioche bun, and i had a Cappuccino. My daughter had a prawn mayonnaise sandwich and a caramel latte. It was nice, plus i collected 2 more beans on my loyalty card, i now have 8 so my next drink is free.
