   Have always loved the selection at Kurt geiger the shop is well laid out too however I have to rate 1 star due to staffs attitude and refusal of blue light card without reason as they are listed under the shops that accept blue light card on the app for 40% off. Even after we confirmed this fact with them they just said no. I think the staff need to be better educated on what discounts they are actually offering online.

   Went into the store today to buy a pair of comfortable shoes but couldn't see the ones I wanted - I have arthritis in my toes and ankles so can't just choose any shoe, sadly. Matt and Lucy were unbelievably helpful, making knowledgeable suggestions about which would be the best. I wound up buying two pairs because my chosen pair was on sale but what lovely staff. Would definitely shop here again.

   Fantastic choice of bags and shoes. I was served by Matthew who went above and beyond before I purchased a pair of shoes. Tried to match them with a bag and as they didn't have one he messaged the staff in Carvela (as he knew there were bags to match, so they sent photos) and they put away a bag for me. I went over there straight away and purchased the bag. I was served by Shannon who was also very helpful. Would highly recommend.

   Fantastic shoes for better prices in the outlet than online. Have quite a big range there. Also the staff is nice and helpful but not constantly on your back which I prefer. Long lasting shoes too.
