   I went into Schu Norwich quite late in the evening last week. I had already chosen what trainers I was going to buy. Immediately I had a young man , named Josh, ask me if I needed anything or was just browsing. I asked for my size and he brought it out very promptly, was incredibly kind and personable and the whole transaction was done quickly and with a smile. He made the short and fruitful trip all the more enjoyable with his smile, knowledge and great customer service. It was a very enjoyable experience

   Sold me a beautiful pair of Doc Martens cheaper than docs themself! Not Schuhs fault but Doc Martin should really lower their price on the vegan leather shoes, they feel much much cheaper made than the genuine leather ones, even with discounts i still paid £160.
