The young lady who served behind the counter was efficient and courteous whilst husband searching for shoes. Now anybody who can deal with Mr Fussy needs a medal. At his age you would think he would be easy to please but no he has more shoes than me and is a clothes horse.
Excellent professional service from the manager Nigel, really could not do enough to help. Fantastic selection of shoes and left with a few very comfy pairs. Nice to find such a lovely shoe shop.
Excellent shop and service. I had become very disillusioned with shoe shopping before I stumbled into this store. I came out with a new pair of Vans, a smile on my face, and five pounds off because "I must have forgotten my voucher". The service was engaged but not overbearing, and it is great to see this personal approach echoed in the other reviews. It is intereactions like these which make shopping in person all the more worthwhile. I sadly did not catch the name of the man who served me, but I will remember the face and generosity the next time I go to Mr Shoes.
I entered the shop after seeing the window display thinking I would just have a browse around and left with 4 pairs of shoes and some cleaning products! This was as a direct result of the excellent customer service I received throughout. I am so sorry I didn't find out the names of the 2 young ladies who looked after me a they truly should be recognised for their attitude to customer satisfaction - one of them even offered to run down the road to their other branch to get a pair of shows in a colour I was looking for! That goes above and beyond, thank you both very much I will certainly be back for more shoes soon.

Having not been to Mr Shoes since I was much younger (and trendier) I was amazed at how helpful the staff were and how well stocked with great brands they were. My son was sorted with a pair of Skechers which were available in loads of sizes and really reasonably priced. Not only were the staff helping young and old customers they were finding best options for people re arranging deliveries and syles/sizes.
