   Today I enjoyed the new sharing board Sunday Roast for 2. The combo of Wagyu striploin, pork belly, 1/2 roast spatchcock chicken accompanied by cauliflower cheese, Parmesan topped beef dripping roasties, veggies, stuffing balls, yorkies and gravy/sauces was delicious and perfect for a Sunday lunch treat. Can’t wait to go back again. Absolutely recommend the food and the lovely relaxing pub location/atmosphere.

   The chicken nuggets were the best I've ever eaten. The onion rings were just ok. Portion size is very generous! Service is very friendly & professional. I asked for a large extra plate & they wouldn't being it without it being warmed.. A nice touch. Recommended.

   Had a really lovely lunch at The New Oak today . The burgers etc from Burger Off were gorgeous, and I’m not really a burger eater. The Landlord and all the staff are so Friendly, nothing to much trouble . It has a really lovely atmosphere and friendly locals , we will be back

   Thr drinks here are very overpriced, £2.30 for a can of diet coke, the young barman was very friendly and pleasant, have to go there to play the ladies dart team, wouldn't go there any other time

   Reserved table ready on arrival.... waitress a bit clueless with menu accompaniments and how things cooked however very pleasant staff and excellent food .will recommend and return .....a bit noisy and echoy in restaurant as large table of people over powered more secluded couples dinning.....

   Well run , great owners ,great food and drink . A really lovely place just to drop in and feel at home , what more can we want !! I can even have champagne by the glass. The food is lovely really well cooked and presented , the desserts were so yummy !! Thankyou for a great new local !

   Family went up for a roast this afternoon....all I can say is WOW, It's was amazing. The portion size, taste and price were spot on. I can honestly say it was the best roast I've had in a long long time. We will certainly be back for another.
