   Southern Co Eastbourne where I had my BMW 1Series 118d diesel automatic Steering Rack & Pinion diagnostic , found the fault and will be replacing it shortly , booked in for 2nd October, Amy ,who from the start of my booking was extremely helpful polite and extremely knowledgeable and a credit to Southern Co . Made a real pleasant change dealing with an organisation they gave you confidence in their work ethic, would most definitely recommend . Well done keep up the excellent work.

   i couldn’t be happier with the service i received! although they unfortunately had to fail my first car they took me through and showed me the issue to reassure me which helped me as i’m a young girl and first time driver. They couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried and even offered me comfort when i was upset about it! thank you so so much to everyone at southern co, it made my first mot experience a much better one than expected.

   Amazing service! I have been coming to Southern Co for the past year, this is my first car and I bought it with a few issues. The team at Southern Co have been lovely, attentive and done an amazing job every time. From the people behind the front desk to the technicians they work effectively and they always have a smile which is reassuring! My Girlfriend has been having some issues with other garages (*cough* halfords *cough*) treating her unpleasantly and she has had bad past experiences all round. She recently took her car to Southern Co for a few things and she couldn’t stop talking about how much better they were, what a fantastic job they did & what a great experience she has had!    Used these guys a few times now for my C63 and they are fantastic. Very caring with my car and used all original OEM parts rather than nasty third party components. Customer service is second to none, I dealt with Miguel and Stephen who couldn’t be anymore accommodating to my needs. Thanks guys, will definitely be using you again in future.
