   Worst Costa I've ever been to. Many of the staff are abrupt sometimes to the point of being rude. There are one or two nice staff members but the others make it such a poor experience. The place starts shutting down at around 4 when they are supposed to be open until 6. I never feel welcomed there. This morning I was spoken to so rudely about a mistake the staff member has made. They made me completely the wrong drink and I wasn't rude I just pointed it out. She insisted I was wrong and had to pay more money. I did this of course but it was the way it was asked for and there was no apology. I know they made a mistake as they made me a drink I never order and don't even like. I then had to leave my toast going cold and take my baby up to the till in the pram (because I was on my own with her). Then had to stand and queue to pay 20p! The other member of staff was very nice but the tone and looks off the other one made me feel awful. Go to Monty's instead or Greggs if that's too pricey. In fact any of the many other places in Neath who make coffee and are so much nicer.

   I had to clean my own table to be able to sit down. They gave me a toasted sandwich which hadn't been cut in half. I kept burning myself trying eat it. Although I sat in I asked for it in a takeaway cup. When I took it to my table I thought it felt rather light. It's was a large Latte, after taking the lid off I noticed it was only half full with liquid and the rest was foam from the milk. If I'm paying £4 odd for a drink I'd like a full one.

   Same top quality coffee. Easy to order and queue with distance. The company does have apps to allow for an online order and collection. There's a range of alternative non dairy milks for example coconut flat whites. But still no gluten free sandwiches.

   Awful customer service there this morning, I only called in to get a take away coffee, I was first in the queue and I waited 10 minutes by the till and nobody even acknowledged that I was standing there. One person serving as well as trying to get online orders ready. There are plenty of places to get coffee in Neath and in the end I got tired of waiting and went somewhere else. If Costa aren't going to employ enough staff then they just won't get my custom. I don't mind waiting if it's busy but I really object to having to wait because Costa won't employ enough staff, that tells me that Costa's profits are more important than customers, I won't be back anytime soon.

   Was asked if I was staying in or taking away. Said I was staying in got settled on a table only to be told that I couldn't stay in a my 11 month old wasn't drinking. Used to come in often but will no longer be coming in again
