   Haven’t had the kitchen delivered yet so I can only comment on the design side. Outstanding customer service! Liam our designer was excellent and extremely patient, he spent hours with me and my wife going over options and giving us sound, experienced input. The staff on the reception as we entered were warm and inviting and we had multiple members of staff approach us as we browsed to offer their help. If the kitchen is delivered in good Condition and on time they really will have nailed it. We’re now looking at ordering our utility with them as we are so pleased with the service so far.

   Outstanding Initial Design Experience with Simon at Wren We just completed our initial design appointment at Wren Kitchens, and we couldn't be happier. Our designer, Simon, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Right away, Simon made the whole process feel stress-free and collaborative. He took the time to listen intently to our often-vague ideas and priorities, and his approach was incredibly professional—never pushy, just genuinely helpful and insightful. His expertise really shone when he translated our needs into a brilliant design. He suggested practical solutions for maximizing storage and optimizing the layout that we hadn't even considered. The 3D visuals he created for us were amazing and brought our dream kitchen to life perfectly. If you're starting your kitchen journey at Wren, we highly recommend requesting Simon. He is a truly talented designer who ensures the experience is personal and focused entirely on the customer's vision. Five stars!

   We couldn't be happier with our new Wren Kitchen. I want to give special thanks to James Livick-Smith who created a fantastic design for us. He was so thorough with great attention to detail. He has extensive knowledge of the products and explained the whole process very well. He gave great suggestions that we would never have thought of. He was on hand to help with any information we needed throughout our buying process and after, which was so appreciated. James designed my daughter's kitchen previously and she recommended him to us. I am so glad she did. Thank you so much James, for your all your help and for designing such an amazing kitchen for us. Best Wishes Caroline

   So initially, we had to fight to get the job completed as agreed with our kitchen designer. Once done, we were initially happy with the outcome of our newly built kitchen. Move forward approx. 9 -12 months and we discovered that we had a massive damp patch on the wall coming from behind the washing machine also causing a side panel to bow and split. The fault was discovered to be caused by two adjoining pipes which has been fitted by the fitter supplied by Wren...not to mention some extremely Dodgy wiring. Cue numerous emails to the warranty team and visits to the Sprowston showroom (15 emails in total). The warranty team told us to get a plumber in and assess and repair the issue. We did that and then they threw in more demands resulting in them eventually denying liability telling us to contact our fitter. I informed the warranty team time and again that they provided the fitter and were therefore liable...again, the same broken record of denial to liability. Moral of the story is that the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on and I wouldn't touch Wren kitchens with a barge pole. And for the record, I have just had to replace the taps on my kitchen sink which had also become faulty. I haven't even bothered wasting my time contacting the warranty team this time as the hassle and stress this company caused me and my wife the first time around simply wasn't worth it. Not a company I will ever recommend to anyone.. go elsewhere!!! Update... have found another leak under the kitchen unit and further really shoddy workmanship and dangerous electric fittings all completed by the fitter supplied by Wren. Further photos added as proof of the poor workmanship. Our kitchen has been ruined as a result.

   Our experience with Wren in Norwich has been absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked into their store, we knew we were in good hands. The team there provided us with great customer service, helping us choose two perfect kitchens for our Holiday home 'Scotgate Cottage', we were renovating. We are so grateful for their assistance and expertise. We are sure that all of our guests who stay in the cottage will love the new kitchens just as much as we do. Thank you, Wren, for making this process so enjoyable!

   Excellent customer service, great kitchen choices, they don't push you to buy what you don't want, they sit and plan everything with your needs in mind. Delivery on time and fitter done an Excellent job, tidied up everything and made sure you was happy before they signed it off. Aftercare service is excellent, I have no complaints about any of it from design to fitting.

   Great service throughout the project. We had a remodel of our kitchen. Wren stayed in contact with us throughout the refit - calling or emailing regularly to ensure that the work was going according to plan. One small part was missing from the delivery - again Service was excellent and part arrived next day. All works went according to plan. Excellent service.

   We love our ermine shaker kitchen which we purchased and installed last September. We're super happy with the quality of the units, drawers and work surfaces. We had a slight issue with the oven that we ordered which kept tripping out the electric when first installed but we had this replaced with no hassle and the replacement was fine. Found the whole experience straight forward from start to finish and our kitchen designer was really patient and helpful! Thank you Wren!

   Our ‘Edwardian Cream’ Wren kitchen is now 10 years old. However, several doors needed replacing after only about 3 years because the finish was bubbling up and coming loose. These were within guarantee and refitted by Wren. Some time later all the doors had to be replaced after the same happened to more of them. They admitted there was a manufacturing problem and after changing the manufacturing process they were replacing all doors in this design fitted in 2012/13. Despite this we are now experiencing the same problem. Again they have sent two replacement doors but will not provide a fitter. Their customer services have made it quite clear that this was the last time they would provide replacements free of charge, although the individual doors are far less than 10 years old. Only yesterday I noticed two more doors are just beginning to bubble up and I am feeling totally let down by this company. I certainly will not trust them to provide and fit another kitchen, even of a different design. If they still make this design I would advise everyone to steer clear of it! I don’t know what to do next. I know others have had the same problem. Can anyone share their experience please?

   Decent kitchens. Designers are pretty good at putting kitchen designs together for you. But as soon as you commit to making a deposit for your order.. you are basically passed to heads office, with a phone line that never answers. Only a week before delivery I was told that 4 of the 6 appliances of ordered wouldn’t be arriving, with a 4 month delay. So I had to order all the appliances separately. Then when the suite arrived, there was significant damage to panels and worktops, causing me a lot of expense and disruption. Again, the Wren store won’t help you. They tell you to go to head office, claiming they don’t have the power to do anything. They’re just a sales office with no care for after sales whatsoever. Disgusting
