Recently had a new en-suite fitted, Steve was very helpful, Ollie and Rob the fitters were excellent. Really please with the finished product would highly recommend.

Stephen and his team put in a new bathroom in our holiday cottage some two years ago. We got five quotes but Stephen's was the only company which had a 'can do' approach to the project. Nothing was too much trouble and the project was completed to the budget and timescale agreed,. Since completion we have had two minor problems, which Stephen has solved without delay. Once coming out to the property and once offering to even though it was his day off. An excellent service above and beyond the call of duty. I thoroughly recommend this company.

With a full house renovation project to contend with, I sought quotes from a number of bathroom and kitchen installers; any of whom would have carried out the work to a good standard. However, Steve, the joint owner of CBK, was the only person to take a real interest in the project and looked at the renovation in a holistic manner. It was this joined-up thinking that made him the only contender for the project. His aim was to incorporate changes that would improve all aspects of the house in an integrated way that would leave a new viewer assuming the design must always have been like this. That objective was 100% met and the house is now a joy to live in. Despite the interruption of lockdown half way through the project, Steve and his excellent team got things back running as soon as feasibly possible and finished everything that had been agreed to a very high standard. Steve shows great integrity in business and invariably does what he has agreed to do. It is for these reasons I have no hesitation in recommending CBK and they would be my automatic ‘go to’ company for any future projects.
Bought a bathroom set about 10 years ago from Concept, very helpful and obliging at the time. Just had a problem with my cistern playing up (not under warranty obviously). I thought the problem was the water release buttons on the cistern but i spoke To Mark firstly and he believed the problem was the cistern washer. I had no idea how to change it but he took me in the showroom and showed me what to do. Mark then spoke to Richard, the owner, who agreed with Mark's diagnoses. he then went upstairs and got a washer & told me to take it & try it. I told him I would pay for it before I took it & he said no just go & see if it works & if it does come back And sort it. It solved the problem and he charged me £2.98.
