Lovely store reminiscent of BHS or Debenhams. It had plenty of reasonably priced items as well as some more expensive gifts, clothing & home furnishings to choose from. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience today in the department store when a young lad called Adam went above and beyond to help us. I was buying kitchen equipment for my son and we were really impressed by Adam’s knowledge in particular about the table top oven products. We wanted to understand the differences between the Tower, the Russel Hobbs and the Daewoo and Adam was extremely helpful. Thank you ☺️

Came to Roy's years ago and was heartened to see it still surviving in this age of internet shopping and out of town megaliths. They do just about anything from groceries, cafe, clothes, garden centre and more. Worth a visit if you're in the area. Free parking too.

Such an iconic, traditional store. Everyone was polite that I spoke to. I hadn't been here for about 40 years and still as great as ever. Purchased a couple of dinosaur carry-on wheelie cases for 2 of my youngest grandchildren. They had a good selection of perfumes but didn't purchase on this occasion.

Went to the shoe department to buy children's school shoes. Staff were extremely helpful and polite and made sure shoes fitted well. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Also good selection available. Went to great lengths to make sure my child was happy with her new shoes.

Brilliant for gift ideas, love the bath bombs & soaps. Something for everyone. Good range of kitchen equipment & storage solutions. The Christmas display is beautiful, I buy 2 new baubles every year from there & put 2 of my older ones in the charity box. The candles and wax melts are well worth a look at. X

You haven't been to Norfolk until you've been to Roy's! It is basically a village that has been turned into a shopping centre, and sells almost anything you could need, including classy cookware, a great toy shop, great supermarket, great selection of clothes and plentiful parking! Highly recommended!

Excellent selection of everything you could want. Beautiful Christmas decorations, very festive. I found some lovely dog cushions upstairs. Really good value for money.

Really lovely visit today. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of choice in all departments. Never seem to be disappointed with a visit to Roy's. Thankful for the free parking as city costs are sky high. Keep up the good work.
