It's great that places like Roy's still operate they stock a great range of things for the home and garden. Staff are friendly and helpful. If there is one thing that could be improved it would be it needs a bit of a revamp
Went in here once to get a specific item, i could not find it so i asked a staff member for help, i was told to wait 2 minutes and then i would be assisted, i have waited and i was never assisted, so i left the store and looked elswhere for said item. I think some customer service and training is in order.
Love at bit of Roy's. The department store offers good priced quality as well as designer brands. The supermarket still has cooked meats, bacon and cheese counter. They still have excellent fresh bread from the bakery. Fresh bread has also made a small way into the North Walsham store. The fresh meat is always good quality and always something on offer each week.
Went in for some kids trainers and was expertly served by Hannah, sadly they didn't have the ones in our size in stock so left empty handed. Seems like a decent mini department store in town. Clothes by joules which I thought was interesting.
Good general shop, electrical department, clothing, gardening, Christmas dec, bric-a-brac etc, worth a visit.
I got plants, paint , loo rolls, paint brushes, cake and a hot water bottle! Had everything I needed and such friendly staff. It's a mini department store on my doorstep with a good range of averting you need.
Roys of North Walsham is really good for the town of North Walsham. The price of thing's is very good on most thing's. I like the gardening bit of Roys of North Walsham as it can save a trip up to the garden centre and you will end up paying much less than then the garden centre will charge. So that's good. Most of the staff are always friendly and welcoming so that's good too. Roys of North Walsham is all way's clean and tidy too. They have basket's that the customer's can use and they have shopping trolley's you can use too. They have a front and back entrance that customers can use. The back entrance lead's right to their car park that customers can use to park their car's while they do their shopping. So that's good too. Me and my family give it a five star all round *****
