Got my Christmas tree today from the Foundry. The staff were especially helpful when I chose my tree, holding each one up and they were happy to take them out the netting. I had two young children with me so this was really appreciated as my hands were not free. The members of staff then wrapped the tree and assisted getting it into my car. Made the experience stress free and enjoyable, would recommend to anyone.

Would have loved to eat and shop here but due to their backward attitude towards dogs this could not happen No excuse for it as they had hard floors etc eith or without dog will never visit this place again. I thought Norfolk and Suffolk had a positive attitude towards dogs but this place clear not. To respond to your comments attempting to make the customer look unreasonable. We entered with two other couples and they did not see signage either, you have hard a hard surface area in the restaurant area this being suitable for dogs and easy clean for an accidend and as for our exit of your establishment you had no customers at the till as you were all sat slouthernly eating sat down at the till area and yes one person waved their hand stating there was a sign which quite clearly is not obvious enough. I asked on entry to ensure it was fine clearly showing my manners you clearly have none additionally your poor atitude is obviously a lazy atitude to clientele with dogs. Of course it is your perogative to not allow dogs and my point is clear this is not an establishment to visit or support as a dog owner - shame on you.

What a hidden gem. Stopped for a spot of brunch travelling on our way back through to Essex. Staff were very friendly. A little bit of a wait for the food as busy but was well worth it. Very tasty. Excellent selection of plants at reasonable prices. A lovely selection of gifts in the shop. Well worth a visit!

Absolutely stunning garden centre! Popped up on Facebook as a place to visit and headed there the next day. The cafe is wonderful with a great selection of food from breakfasts, light lunches and light bites. First class plants, first class service and first class food. Thank you!

Visited for the cafe. Food was amazing- one of the best hot breakfasts around. The cafe itself however, is very hot and the wait time for food can be 45 mins+. Overall would recommend if you’ve got the time.

2nd time we have been. We enjoyed it last time so brought different friends this time. Plenty of parking and such a great place. Beautiful home grown good value plants, a very well stocked gift shop and a bonus cafe. The staff in the cafe are very nice. Indoor and outdoor seating. Had a lovely couple of hours. Our friends were impressed and are returning soon.

This place is great for exercising the dog, meeting someone for a walk from a dating site and finding they look nothing like their pictures or simply taking in the world. Beware of the high tide. Check before you go as is comes in fast and can easily cover the entire road on a really high tide. Makes for great shots of the famous old coal barn.
