   Friendly staff and quick delivery. However, we asked for timber to be cut to length for a raised bed, thinking that this would be more accurate than it would have been with a hand saw. I was wrong. None appeared to have been cut accurately in length, some with no 90° angles. This made for an extremely challenging build. Just as well its for the garden!

   Went in for some plywood got over charged and because I didn't have an acount tried telling me I got trade price but £40 more for 3 sheets that I could at wicks (I'm a carpenter)

   Needed a sheet of OSB board but needed it cut. Cuts were about £1 but made it easier for me for the staff to do it. Was told they had a big order on and to come back in 2/3 hours, not a problem. Without 10 mins of being home, called me and it was done Big thanks to the staff, only downside was that now I had no excuse not to get my job done

   Timber warped and knotted, asked for another sheet and was told they’re all like that. Needed it cut to size and got it home to find its 1cm too wide, what a joke

   I always end up being served by this guy with a really negative unhelpful attitude, who is not interested at all in giving good customer service, and end up loosing money buying bad wood from them, would not recommend !

   Got there just after closing time. Very helpful chap cut some wood for me. Nails i wanted were cheaper than Screwfix. Definitely use again based on the friendly, helpful member of staff!

   Four staff on duty there but only one seemed to be serving. Unfortunately he was on the phone. Eventually tried to order some wood to be cut, and he explained he had a lot to cut, and I would be best buying it at ......down the road! It would have been a £50 order?
