   I had the absolute pleasure of attending a recent training course led by John, and I can confidently say it was one of the most informative and engaging courses I’ve experienced. John’s delivery was exceptional — clear, structured, and incredibly insightful. His ability to explain complex topics in a way that was easy to understand made a real difference. The practical demonstrations he provided were particularly helpful, allowing us to immediately apply what we were learning and build confidence in our skills. Nicole was also an incredible support throughout the course. She was always approachable, attentive, and ready to assist with any questions or clarification. Her calm, professional manner really added to the overall positive learning environment. We were also fortunate to have Lisa join our course, whose presence brought an extra layer of enthusiasm and energy to the group. It was a pleasure learning alongside her. The products we have used have all been of a high quality, especially the sealers which upon testing have been some of the best performing we have seen on the market.    Hired 'ideal work' (aka themicrocementcompany) to install a continuous polished cement flooring extending from our kitchen into the patio. On completion we reported two issues. 1) The internal floor was extremely slippery – adults, children and guests were falling over. 2) Rain was penetrating the patio surface as it hadn't been sealed properly. After many months, “remediation" work was carried out which left the patio a completely different colour/finish compared to the interior and a sealant was applied internally producing a completely matt finish, the very opposite of “polished” (I was later told they had never used that sealant before). Despite acknowledging the issues and agreeing to resolve them we have, since then, only received excuses or unanswered emails. To add insult to injury they did not protect our new kitchen before undertaking the work - our brand new sliding door tracks are covered in microcement and rings of sealant stained our new countertops where they placed tins directly on top of them.
