This is an absolute gem of a pub. The food was delicious, the staff were very friendly and accommodating despite us having to change the booking twice. The desserts were especially good. It is also in a gorgeous location, we will return again in future.

We popped in to have a drink and chips and what a lovely pub! The lady who served us was very lovely, really welcoming and squeezed us in a plate of chips even though the kitchen had closed. The pub itself is beautiful, with a nice outside area. Definitely recommend and will go back when we visit.

We love discovering new pubs. We’ve been to other pubs in this area but on Boxing Day wanted to find somewhere new. Almost didn’t go in because it looked really full in the car park but tried anyway and so glad we did. Found some seats and could have stayed for hours. Really cosy, lovely atmosphere. Love the decor. Exactly what we want from a pub.

A very lovely pub with friendly service. I took my three, slightly wet dogs inside, had a full meal and several drinks! Absolutely lovely. Easy parking too.

What a great find! The place had a lovely warm & welcoming atmosphere. There was a generous selection of meals all reasonably priced and freshly cooked. And the ladies facilities were beautifully clean. Highly recommend you visit this venue. Thank you x

I had a rather excellent fish and chips here! Love the minted mushy peas and fresh fresh. Will come back again! Recommended.

A very nice well kept pub, friendly staff. A proper pub, the heart of the village. I've enjoyed a couple of their dishes off their special board, both were excellent. Sweet ginger pork and salmon with a pesto sauce with crushed potatoes. Hope to visit again soon

Quintessential country pub. Lots of outside seating under cover at the expense of some of the car park. Good choice of real ales. Clean toilets. Dog friendly.
