   Turned up and given the wrong item. Very annoying as it’s a 30 minute drive to get there. The staff checked for the right item and it wasn’t in stock. Sent to Bognor another 30 minute drive. Ed was helpful but I wished I had gone to Screwfix.

   Just had a very disappointing visit using click and collect. Staff ridiculed the customers surname (I was collecting on their behalf). Despite all the details on the system I had to repeatedly state the surname. then had to tell the staff WHAT the order was. then the staff used the FIRST name to identify the order. This is appalling and offensive behaviour! GET A LIFE AND GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OR START LOOSING CUSTOMERS!

   I've been a regular customer here in Rustington, and they've always made me feel welcome. The team have always been able to sort me out the correct products over the years. Recently, I've moved to Cheshire and only now I realised that I took the team for granted. 12/10 experience, always; they really are the the best Toolstation around and I miss all of the staff!
