Your staff should be know if the item is mark at a price then they should sell at that price .which is trading standards..but they charge you extra.what they like .when you change them .they said they.not had the time to change the price
Guy before even opening my ID said he refused to believe it was my ID and refused to serve me. Then told me he was "looking at me very carefully" and then said after looking at my ID to "push your hair back" in an aggressive manner and then after awkwardly holding my hair back. He slams my ID in my hand and goes "no way". I'm not even fresh of the bat 18. Very rude and unprofessional. I have never had this problem before. I get you don't want kids to drink and get hurt because of your store but A) there is a way of doing it and B) I'm not a kid. I'm defiantly not going here again. (I'd also like to add that I don't drink and the alcohol wasn't even for me. It's more the way the man in the store treated someone who he thought was a child.)
