   Just popped in and bought a couple bits and got wayyy overcharged. Only realised how much I got charged once I got home and saw my bank account. I bought stuff that should’ve totalled 5 pound and got charged ten instead, I’m fuming

   Extremely rude. I went to collect a parcel with my ID and code as per the email and text message I received from FedEx and the man refused to hand the parcel over to me because I did not have the QR code available which was not loading on the email I received. He was mansplaining how the process work, I tried to explain he could type in the code but he treated me as if I was stupid. Then he used the code and obviously it did work. Change job, you can deal with customers. I never leave bad reviews, this time I really felt mistreated.

   Used wine me up to send a parcel throu collect + and as I had no printer opted to pay extra for wine me up to print the address and bar code. The shop assistant/manager was extremely rude to me, refusing to sellotape the printed address down. Saying he gets too little money to use his own sellotape. The email from collect+ clearly states they'll print and affix label to the parcel. I do appreciate that maybe collect+ don't make it viable however that is not the customers fault and to be ridiculed and spoken down to in such a manner was really upsetting. I won't be going back and I strongly urge anyone thinking of using the collect+ service here, to think again.
