   After receiving my vape in the post I used the shop to have my vape refilled.. The lovely man that served me and full of tips to use my vape was named Finn.    It was one of the worst services I had in shops! That lady with her long nails and the young guy can't even do simple math with my points and the price I should pay. I was waiting so long for them to chat with other people! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

   Excellent service from great staff today as usual. I returned with an innokin adept mod that had overheated and blown the battery completely whilst charging. I have used Innokin products for several years in harsh and very hot eviroments in West Africa with no issues at all and l rate them for their durability and build quality. Although just out of warranty the mod was replaced foc with no fuss. Many many thanks guys. One happy customer.
