It is a nice big shop with many things:clothes,furnitures,decoration,shoe but the only problem is that there is no changing room so you can not try on clothes before buying them
They always have something interesting in - I bought a new lamp and I needed some retail therapy, so it worked well for that! Lol
I went there for a couple of times for exchange jean trouser which I have bought , everything was fine later on I came to exchange I was told I can't because of my receipts which no one change it and it's my problem. She ask me to buy the one I had pick to exchange with my previous jeans. I told her to ask her colleague , later on she said no. She didn't offer any service or anything. I wouldn't recommend other to this warehouse because of poor communication and services. They should give any one a new receipts for any exchange done , it's unprofessional work towards them
The quality of the items in many cases are very poor and the costs are high given the quality. I did however, purchase 3 pairs of children’s shorts. I noted that these could be returned for a full refund if I produced the receipt. Unfortunately, the items were not suitable so I tried to return them. I produced my receipt but was told quite rudely that as I had taken the price tags off, as anyone would if they were a gift, that I could not have a refund. All garments must be returned with these on. When I questioned that that was not displayed on the notice by the check out the assistant got very abrupt. It took her some time to find it but apparently it was in a notice, small writing, high up on the wall. Who looks that high up. At no time during the purchase was this explained to me. What added to this was that I had travelled a few miles as I don’t live locally. Your staff are unhelpful, rude and arrogant. Having read previous reviews since I’m not the only unhappy customer and don’t expect the courtesy of a reply.

Always get a bargain here when ever I visit, never leave empty handed. Great variety of clothes for us all. Even household items , furniture and bedding. Really good quality and designer brands too. Staff always around to help, and are very friendly
Excellent furniture, we were served by an extremely helpful sales lady who also arranged delivery. The delivery drivers were extremely helpful and friendly too. Highly recommended store.
Yes it was OK,but we couldn't try any thing on,the changing rooms were closed, so I didn't buy anything DISAPPOINTED
