The cafe has had empty plates of cakes, not refilled, and this has been at midday, not just later on, on several occasions. Many tables are left uncleared for ages, until you request it. Staff bring out food for customers, and then just walk past rows of tables that need clearing, empty handed as they go back. Ridiculous. Couple next to us today had eaten their meal and finished, with dirty plates and mugs on the other half of their table the whole time, waiting to be cleared for over 20 minutes.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Marks & Spencer cafe in Rushden Lakes. Many of the other eateries are quite pricey and serve larger portions, so it was a real pleasure to find a healthy, goodβvalue meal here. Weβll definitely be returning.

Well must admit came to coffee shop first in and this picture is what I saw. It is a mess rubbish on tables and it was a Sunday morning person sat next to me had a hot choc ate maybe we should say half a hot chocolate she had to complain. All this is very simple and what is happening? Please someone from headoffice read this and action as its not acceptable at all

Thw shop itself is very good. The cafΓ© leaves something to be desired. They always seem to have run out of eat least 1/3 of the menu, the portions aren't all that generous, and the service is slow. The food is always of good quality, but i feel it needs more people running it at busy times.

I can't wait until I'm old enough to shop here, a great selection of grandad clothes.

When did it become acceptable for staff including the section managers to wear trainers whilst working. Even Aldi and Lidl dress more appropriately and have better customer service. M&S wonder why there stores are shutting maybe start looking at your staff. Where has the passion gone? Thought your had mystery shoppers? Will never shop in a M&S again after the poor service I have received today

A modern store, with a nicely laid out food section which has plenty of choice. The main part is split between men and women clothes/fashion, with some homewares on the first floor. Also, on the first floor is the cafe. This has a good selection of hot & cold food and drink items, with a good view out of the windows. In these times a great deal of care and thought has gone into the Covid-19 precautions, from social distance markers to hand sanitizer and the person at the door greeting shoppers. A good experience in a safe environment.
